Micronic offers a comprehensive range of non-coded, alphanumeric and two 2D bar coded tube ranges.

 

 

Micronic screw top tubes, available in 0.5 ml and 1.1 ml sizes, provide laboratories with high integrity storage and easy retrieval of precious samples down to liquid nitrogen temperatures. Incorporating a novel ‘single turn’ screw cap mechanism ensures that accessing and sec ring samples is a simple and rapid process. With a unique 2D code on the bottom of each tube the screw top range provides an easy and unambiguous means of storing and identifying samples. The internal V-shape of each screw top tube ensures the lowest possible dead volume and maximum sample recovery. Designed to fit 96 individual tubes into a standard Micronic Lobo rack optimises use of valuable freezer storage space. Available in a choice of 6 different colour screw caps the 0.5 and 1.1 ml screw top tube range allows quick visual determination of sample origin.

Each Micronic Starter Pack contains everything needed to start using 2D coded (or non-coded) sample storage tubes enabling laboratories to ensure a secure sample logistics system and eliminate the costly possibility of false sample identities. Each attractively priced pack contains a case of racked tubes, the unique Capcluster multi-piercable tube cap and a versatile plate sealing device that will seal rack and cap combinations. To provide a total sample storage and retrieval solution an easy-to-use 2D scanner is available that allows reading of 96 coded tubes within 15 seconds.
